Our holiday rentals are situated at Valledoria near to one of the largest and most beautiful sandy beaches of (North-)Sardinia - approximately 9 miles for romping and relaxing under a wonderful deep blue sky.
In walking distance one will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars,.. and much more. Valledoria and area offer its guests not only recreation, relaxation and entertainment around the clock but also delicious, typical Sardinian specialities and much joy of life.
In a few minutes one can reach by bike, motor-cycle or car a lot of amazing beaches and small bays, an unaffected, pictorial nature or delightful and interesting localities, as well as pre-Christian cultural monuments.
Casa dei Pescatori (Fishermen's house)
The „Casa dei Pescatori " (Fishermen's house) is at the place La Ciaccia (local part of the municipality Valledoria), 20 metres to the sea (no access) and 500 metres from a very beautiful sand beach.
One will reach in walking distance (200-500 metres) a supermarket, 3 restaurants, a minimarket, 5 bars, 2 playgrounds, a church,...
The main town Valledoria with much more facilities is 2 miles far from us.
All shops, restaurants, banks, farmacy,.... are open all year.
The house offers a large living-room with Sat-TV, a completely furnished kitchen corner (large refrigerator with separate freezer, stove with baking-oven) and interior fire-place, 3 double-bedded rooms, a large bathroom with shower and WC (also washing-machine) and a small bathroom with WC.
In front of the house there is a large furnished terrace with barbecue and free sea view and in addition you will find a sunbathing area on the top of the house with a wonderful sea view..
The accommodation is well furnished and equipped, that means that among other things our guests will find all necessary items for cooking and eating. In case something missing or getting broken our family will endeavour to supply a substitute (the accommodation also offers an iron).
Beyond the house there is also a parking place available. The beautiful and calm position (free view of the sea) guarantees a romantic and a recovery vacation.

Villa Bougainville
The Villa Bougainville is situated in the place La Ciaccia (local part of the municipality Valledoria), 200 m far away from the sea and 400 m from a very beautiful sand beach. The villa consists of 3 apartments, 2 in the ground floor („Giansimona " + „Alessandra") and one in the upper floor („Antonia " - with a beautiful sea view). The dwellings, surrounded by a large garden (with swing for children) are functionally and practically furnished and equipped, that means that among other things our guests will find all necessary items for cooking and eating. The accommodation are well furnished and equipped, that means that among other things our guests will find all necessary items for cooking and eating. In case something missing or getting broken our family will endeavour to supply a substitute (the accommodations also offer an iron). All apartments have Sat-TV.
The position of Villa Bougainville guarantees a calm and a recovery vacation. Beyond the apartments you will find own parking lots, which are situated in the shadow of powerful olive trees.

The holiday houses Piera (built in 2005) are situated near to our locality La Ciaccia in distance of 800 metres and 700 metres to the sea/beach. Between these houses (also around them) and the beach you will only find fields and meadows.
The accommodations are well furnished and equipped, that means that among other things our guests will find all necessary items for cooking and eating. In case something missing or getting broken our family will endeavour to supply a substitute (the accommodations also offer an iron).
In one minute by car you will reach 3 restaurants, 5 bars a supermarket,....
The holiday houses Piera (very pleasant and large) are completely independent and furnished comfortable with cure (in sardinian style).
The houses offer ample space for 4 people. There is one bedroom (double-bedded), bath with shower, WC and a large living room with double bed-sofa (with ital. TV ), completely furnished kitchen (with 4 fires, oven, refrigerator with freezer and washing-machine).
In addition accommodations offer a own furnished terrace with barbecue.
From inside the living room and from the terrace one will enjoy a wonderful sea view.
Outside there is a parking place and large garden
Pets are not allowed.

The house Rosmarino (Casa Rosmarino) is a modern accommodation, composed by 2 apartments and situated in a calm position at La Ciaccia (locality of Valledoria, only 250 metres from the sea and 400 metres from the beach (very large sandy beach).
The accommodation are well furnished and equipped, that means that among other things our guests will find all necessary items for cooking and eating. In case something missing or getting broken our family will endeavour to supply a substitute (the accommodations also offer an iron).
In front of Casa Rosmarino there is a garden and a private parking. In walking distance one will find a supermarket, a minimarket, 3 restaurants, some bars, church.....
The apartment Alba (ground floor - very pleasant and large) is completely independent and furnished comfortable with cure. There are 2 bedrooms (one double and one with a double sofa-bed), a large living room (with TV), completely furnished kitchen corner (with 4 fires - refrigerator with freezer, dish-washer and washing-machine), bath with shower and WC, a garden with furnished terrace and barbecue
The apartment Nadia (upper floor - very pleasant and large) is completely independent and furnished comfortable with cure. There are 2 bedrooms (one double and one with bunk-bed plus single bed), a large living room (with TV), completely furnished kitchen corner (with 4 fires - refrigerator with freezer), bath with shower, washing-machine and WC, with sea view and a large, furnished terrace & barbecue.
